Prehistoric genealogy of the Wold Newton Family

For those folks interested, here's a family tree graphic illustrating the genealogical relationships between characters in Philip José Farmer's Khokarsa cycle. If you've read the early draft of a chapter from The Song of Kwasin that was published here, then Kwasin's mysterious paternity is no surprise, so that's not really much of a spoiler. I am refraining, however, from including a number of genealogical relationships revealed in Phil's notes for the future series, but you can clearly see him lining up a new generation of characters to follow Hadon's and Kwasin's.

And for the number of people who've emailed me or asked me in person at various cons about when we'll see The Song of Kwasin in print, all I can say right now is to hold on just a little longer, it's in the tubes. In the meantime, if you'd like to dip your toes back into the landlocked seas of ancient Khokarsa, check out my story "A Kick in the Side" in The Worlds of Philip José Farmer 1: Protean Dimensions, which chronicles the further misadventures of Hadon's scribe Hinokly as he matches wits with Kawuru pirates.
